Drawing from his lived experience, he founded Pushin’ Pays Project to provide real, judgment-free reentry support. Élodie Billard
Director & Treasurer
Driven by a strong passion for restorative justice, Élodie worked alongside Nathaniel to bring Pushin’ Pays Project to life. As the co-founder of Wire of Hope, a prison pen pal program dedicated to fostering rehabilitation and second chances, she has long advocated for connection, dignity, and hope within the justice system. In her role as Treasurer, Élodie ensures that Pushin’ Pays Project operates with integrity, purpose, and a steadfast commitment to its mission.

Arthur Silvia
Director & Secretary
In recovery from alcoholism and having faced a life of loss, pain, and trauma, Arthur has built a stable and fulfilling life dedicated to sobriety and service. As an active mentor and sponsor within the recovery community -including being Nate’s sponsor- he is known for his generosity, resilience, and commitment to helping others reclaim their lives. Arthur immediately embraced the vision of Pushin’ Pays Project, bringing his lived experience and passion for second chances to the team.
